Session Description: I'll share a three-step process of awareness, alignment and activation to gently shift your perspective, remove barriers and help you find better balance in your mind, body and spirit. Learn new habits and thought perspectives that will help you keep moving in the direction of a balanced life.

Here are some of the "golden nuggets" from the session.
* Finding better balance can be organized into three steps: 1) Awareness, 2) Alignment, and 3) Activation.
* The human brain has a "fight or flight" response that helps to ensure our survival. As humans we also have the ability to respond to our reactions in a mature way.
* Awareness of our senses is important. We are always absorbing information, even when we are sleeping (like a DVR we are always on!)
* Whatever you think about expands.
* We are constantly creating ourselves and our experience.
* Balance is returning to a natural state within you.
* Intuition is like Harold and the Purple Crayon.
* Breathing is the first thing you do when you're born and the last thing you do when you die.
* Breathing can bring you back into alignment.
* Alignment is bringing your thoughts, feelings, and intuition into balance.
* We each emit a frequency like a radio station (good vibes, bad vibes) and our moods affect our frequency.
* Our choices determine our direction.
* Your intuition is the quietest voice and the hardest to hear.
* Begin within.
* Reactive vs. Creative - when you use Activation you "move the C".
* Your true north is your "truth".
* Like eating one thing at a time, the book was written in small chunks so it's easier to digest.
* Relationships are opportunities to co-create ourselves.
* The contrast of our life gives the opportunities to make new choices.
